Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement after verification.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
